We focus on the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of yoga, removing any religious aspects to ensure a neutral, open environment. Our classes emphasize mindful movement, breathwork, and intentional stretching, helping you build strength, increase flexibility, and find inner calm, no matter your background or experience level. Start your week with calm and clarity. This 30-minute video call meditation is designed to help you center your mind, set your intentions, and approach your day with peace and focus. Perfect for beginners or experienced meditators, this class is a gentle way to ease into the week ahead.

Midweek calls for intentional rest. Join us for this soothing evening yoga class where we decompress, light candles, and create a calming atmosphere together. Available in person (limited spots) and via Zoom, this gentle session will help you release stress, reset, and reconnect with yourself.
